1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ZS Games ("we", "us", "the Platform", "ZS Games"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit or participating in any game or promotion on the ZS Games platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the ZS Games platform. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes ongoing acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ZS Games.
2. Eligibility and Age Verification
2.1 Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use ZS Games. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. ZS Games strictly prohibits gaming by minors, and we take all reasonable steps to enforce this policy.
2.2 Age Verification Process
ZS Games reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or B-Form for young adults. Accounts where the player cannot confirm they are 18 or older will be suspended pending verification and closed if verification is not provided within seven days.
2.3 Jurisdictional Eligibility
The ZS Games platform is intended for use by residents of Pakistan. Players are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is not prohibited in their specific location. ZS Games accepts no liability for players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where such access is restricted.
Any winnings earned by a player who is later found to be under 18 will be forfeited in full. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account Rule
Each individual person may hold only one ZS Games account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses or devices — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be merged or permanently closed at the discretion of ZS Games, and any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a functioning email address where applicable. ZS Games will rely on this information when processing withdrawals and conducting identity verification. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
ZS Games operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard industry practice. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC and proof of your registered payment method before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time process for most players. ZS Games reserves the right to request additional verification at any time if there is reasonable cause.
3.4 Account Ownership
Your ZS Games account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell or share your account with any other person. Playing on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to play on your account, is not permitted and will result in account closure.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ZS Games login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ZS Games immediately by contacting support at support@zsgames.bet or through live chat. ZS Games will investigate all such reports but cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials.
ZS Games staff will never ask you for your full password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
5. Deposits
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
ZS Games accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name.
5.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit at ZS Games is Rs 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating account. Individual payment methods may carry their own minimum transaction limits.
5.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your ZS Games balance instantly, 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays. IBFT bank transfers are credited within two working hours during standard banking hours. ZS Games does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.
5.4 Third-Party Deposits
Deposits from payment accounts that do not belong to the account holder are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation. This policy exists to protect against fraud and money laundering.
Note
ZS Games reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit or withdraw funds. Please ensure your registered payment accounts match the name on your ZS Games account.
6. Withdrawals
6.1 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
6.2 Processing Times
Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within two hours of submission, around the clock. IBFT bank transfers are processed within the same business day for requests made before 6 PM PKT, and the following morning for late-evening requests. ZS Games does not impose any withdrawal fees; standard charges from your bank or wallet provider may apply.
6.3 Verification Before Withdrawal
ZS Games may require KYC verification to be completed before your first withdrawal is approved. This is a standard security measure. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively to avoid any delay when they are ready to withdraw.
6.4 Withdrawal to Same Method as Deposit
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists as an anti-money laundering measure. If the original deposit method is no longer available, contact support to discuss alternative arrangements.
6.5 Right to Delay or Decline
ZS Games reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, account abuse, or breach of these Terms, or if a player's identity or payment method has not been fully verified. Players will be notified of the reason for any delay.
7. Bonuses and Promotions
7.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by ZS Games are subject to the specific terms stated on the individual bonus offer page, in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term shall take precedence for that promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 10× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable as cash.
7.3 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses at ZS Games have an expiry period, which will be stated clearly on the bonus offer. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be removed from your account automatically. Real-money funds are not affected by bonus expiry.
7.4 One Bonus at a Time
Only one bonus can be active on your account at a time. You must complete or forfeit the active bonus before a new one can be applied. To forfeit a bonus voluntarily, contact our support team via live chat.
7.5 Abuse of Bonuses
ZS Games monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Any player found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, wagering patterns designed purely to meet bonus requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account suspended or permanently closed.
Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. ZS Games determines in its sole discretion whether any specific betting pattern constitutes bonus abuse.
8. Gameplay Rules
8.1 Game Rules
Each game available on ZS Games is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible from within the game lobby. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before staking real money. ZS Games accepts no responsibility for losses arising from misunderstanding a game's rules.
8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Each game has a minimum and maximum stake per bet or round. These limits are displayed within the game interface. ZS Games may change stake limits on any game at any time without prior notice.
8.3 Technical Failures
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or error that affects the outcome of a game, ZS Games will investigate the incident using server-side logs. If a game cannot be completed or if a result cannot be verified, the bet will be voided and your stake returned. ZS Games is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues that are outside our control, including internet outages on your end.
8.4 Malfunction Voids All Plays
In the event that a malfunction is identified in any game, all affected plays and payouts will be voided. This applies to all game types on the ZS Games platform including slots, table games, Ludo, fishing games and poker.
9. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
ZS Games is committed to maintaining a fair, honest and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure:
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets on your behalf.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploiting a bug will be forfeited.
- Collusion with other players — whether in Ludo, poker, or any other multiplayer format — to manipulate outcomes to the disadvantage of other participants.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or interfere with the ZS Games platform, servers or any game software.
- Using another person's account or payment method without their explicit consent.
- Any form of fraud, misrepresentation or attempted deception toward ZS Games or its other players.
ZS Games maintains detailed server-side logs of all player activity. Any account flagged for suspicious activity will be investigated, and the player will be notified of the outcome. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, ZS Games reserves the right to report the matter to relevant authorities in addition to closing the account and forfeiting the balance.
10. Referral Programme
ZS Games operates a tiered Refer a Friend programme that rewards players for inviting new users to the platform. The following conditions apply to all referral activity:
- A qualifying referral requires the referred person to be a genuinely new ZS Games user registering with their own unique Pakistani mobile number and completing a first deposit of Rs 500 or more.
- Referrals that share a device, IP address or payment method with the referring account will not be counted as valid referrals and no bonus will be paid.
- Self-referrals — where a player creates a second account to claim a referral bonus — are strictly prohibited and constitute account abuse.
- Referral bonuses are credited within two hours of the referred player's qualifying deposit being confirmed.
- ZS Games reserves the right to modify the referral programme structure, tier thresholds or bonus amounts at any time with reasonable notice.

11. Privacy and Data
ZS Games collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ZS Games will never sell your personal data to third parties. We use your data solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, customer support and improving the ZS Games platform experience.

12. Responsible Gaming

13. Intellectual Property
All content on the ZS Games platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, text, icons, audio, video and the overall platform design — is the intellectual property of ZS Games or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any ZS Games content without our express written permission. Unauthorised use of ZS Games intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.
14. Limitation of Liability
ZS Games provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZS Games is not liable for:
- Any loss of funds arising from technical failures, disconnections or errors that are outside ZS Games' reasonable control.
- Indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages of any kind.
- Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
- Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate information provided by the player during registration or KYC.
- Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
ZS Games' total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability. This limitation does not apply to cases of fraud or wilful misconduct by ZS Games.
15. Amendments to Terms
ZS Games reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number registered on their account at least seven days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without advance notice.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the ZS Games platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should close your account before the effective date.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ZS Games platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the relevant arbitration rules applicable in Pakistan.
